Job SummaryWe need a highly talented Principal Technical Program Manager for the AI2 Strategy and Programs organization to help lead the most critical functions of our AI business. This person will be directly responsible for leading programs focused on AI business planning, including building and modeling financial forecasts, performing detailed and deep analysis, developing automated dashboards to highlight core business metrics, and identifying ways to use analytics to solve the most difficult business operations challenges.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior business and technology leaders.
- Provide program and project management expertise to sophisticated business initiatives that are global in nature, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs.
- Identify, measure, and adjust plans against key business metrics.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and/or program management, preferably with finance experience.
- Direct experience working with cross-organizational teams, including at the executive level.
- A high degree of organization and ability to handle multiple contending priorities.
- Ability to work independently and propose solutions.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Excel (PivotTables, lookups, if-statements, macros).
- Direct experience developing analytics dashboards, and other automated tools to provide business data.
- Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence.
