Our goal is to protect client investments by minimizing risks and innovating our processes to enhance service delivery.

Job Summary

This full-time position is part of the Branch Development division, which is responsible for hiring, training, and supporting branch teams to provide an exceptional client experience. As a key liaison between branches and the corporate office, you will significantly influence the firm's core profit center and gather essential insights to drive our business forward.

In this role, you will assist branch teams in expanding their client base and enhancing their leadership capabilities. Your innovative ideas will help evolve our training, development, recognition, and rewards programs to better engage our unique branches.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Financial Advisor for smaller clients, including SEP/Simple IRA participants, while maintaining their connection to the local branch team.
  • Engage with clients daily to enhance their relationship with our firm and support those already engaged.
  • Deliver outstanding client service and customized solutions to meet individual client needs.
  • Provide initial contact and ongoing support to clients.
  • Investigate and resolve any service-related issues or outstanding tasks.
  • Collaborate with Client Service Administrators (CSAs) to ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Keep the department informed of any compliance or supervision concerns.

Qualifications:
  • Current Series 7 and 66 licenses (or a combination of Series 63 and 65) are required for application.
  • Insurance license may be required in the future (life, health, and variable annuity).
  • Experience as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones is highly preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend information about various securities and business functions is essential. Must be capable of discussing market conditions, industry trends, and financial topics.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, reliability, and sound decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional telephone and customer service skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with the capacity to learn and apply technical information.
  • Bilingual candidates in Spanish are a plus.
  • Associates working from home will have their home office audited annually.
  • Candidates living within a commutable distance from designated home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week.
