Lead Residential Sales Team
We are seeking a Head of Luxury Residential Sales Leadership to lead our sales team and drive growth in our residential market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our business goals. You will work closely with our marketing and product development teams to create and refine sales strategies that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute plans to increase revenue growth in the residential market. Drive overall sales strategy for residential electronics, setting and achieving aggressive sales targets. Mentor and guide the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing training on sales techniques and product knowledge. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and refine sales strategies that align with business goals. Provide input on product development and marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with sales goals.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the residential electronics industry. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing effective sales strategies. Strong understanding of electronics and home construction. Experience in leading and developing sales teams. Estimated salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year.
