Residential Electronics Sales Strategist

We are a growth-oriented organization seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our sales team and drive growth in our residential market. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee and drive revenue growth for our complete portfolio of residential audio/video solutions in the United States and Canada. This includes leading a sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and collaborating with marketing and product development teams. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for mentoring and guiding the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture, and providing training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, the ability to craft compelling narratives, and a strategic mindset to develop effective sales strategies. They should have experience in leading and developing sales teams, as well as a strong understanding of electronics and home construction. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
