Residential Sales Executive Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Residential Sales to lead our sales team and drive growth in our residential market. Our ideal candidate must have residential sales and sales leadership experience focused in the residential space-designing, telling the story behind the design and build, understanding how to build products.
Job SummaryThis is a key leadership role that demands exceptional relationship-building skills, the ability to craft compelling narratives, and a strategic mindset to develop effective sales strategies. You will be a key player in commanding a room and inspiring both your team and clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Drive overall sales strategy for residential electronics, setting and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Market Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of electronic systems in home construction to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
- Storytelling: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and narratives that highlight the value of our products and solutions, resonating with diverse audiences.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Proven experience in residential sales, with a strong understanding of home construction or a similar industry within residential sales is required.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
$250,000 - $450,000 per year.
