Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Summit Fire Protection in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining common areas.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for assigned branches.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, forms, and coordinate special orders as needed.
  • Order insurance certificates, process deposits, and credit card payments.
  • Coordinate special events and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) year previous receptionist/administrative experience
  • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor; upbeat, outgoing attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills; service oriented
