As a Client Relationship Specialist within PNC's Retail division, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance client relationships within the mass affluent segment and Business Banking opportunities, focusing on accounts with sales revenue under $1 million. Drive business outcomes through effective collaboration with a diverse range of partners. Responsible for initiating lead generation and conducting client meetings both in-person and remotely. Ensure a superior client experience from initial contact through onboarding and ongoing service.
  • Lead management and referral generation--Utilize your expertise in banking products and services to identify opportunities for growth and attract new affluent households. Manage and nurture Business Banking relationships under $1 million in sales revenue. Employ customer insights to formulate actionable sales strategies. Generate high-quality referrals to partner teams. Utilize available tools and methodologies to optimize business performance.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external partners. Engage with a wide array of ecosystem stakeholders, including Private Banking, Business Banking, and Mortgage services. Identify the most suitable resources to meet client needs and facilitate introductions. Ensure partners are accountable for timely updates and follow-ups on referrals.
  • Enhance customer experience management--Differentiate the client experience through advanced communication skills. Deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs and address their concerns promptly and courteously. Act as an advocate for affluent clients, addressing their unique requirements across various departments within PNC.
  • Collaborate with branch personnel to identify and create referral opportunities within the mass affluent and business banking sectors. Work closely with management to follow up on independent opportunities to expand client engagement.
