Position Summary

Our Wellness Representatives serve as the welcoming face of each Restore location, playing a crucial role in ensuring a top-notch customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and assist them with Restore's wellness offerings.
  • Manage client communications via phone, including returning calls and facilitating appointments.
  • Onboard new clients by completing necessary documentation and creating profiles in our system.
  • Conduct facility tours and promote service packages and memberships.
  • Educate clients about Restore's services, including benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and staff.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Restore's products and services.
  • Embody Restore's core values and align with the mission and vision of Hyper Wellness.
  • Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture by ensuring all team members feel valued and recognized.

Qualifications:

  • A strong passion for health and wellness.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a retail setting.
  • Willingness to work weekends.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.
