Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be tasked with managing associate transactions related to the timely processing of all additions, terminations, and changes. You will work closely with Senior Account Managers and the Director of Group Benefits to ensure client satisfaction.

Your duties will include:
  • Overseeing COBRA transactions as mandated by law, utilizing various COBRA vendors.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing fully insured customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with service and management standards throughout all functions.
  • Fostering ongoing client loyalty through effective communication and support.
  • Maintaining knowledge of IRS qualified legal life events, regulations, and processing timelines.
  • Creating and managing marketing census data.
  • Conducting audits of client invoices and open enrollment carrier transactions.
  • Updating necessary documentation and reports on the O Drive.
  • Preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and managing fully insured renewals.
  • Collaborating with the Group Benefits Producer to retain assigned accounts according to established standards.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Property Casualty License.
  • In-depth knowledge of Group Benefit Products.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the insurance sector.
  • Proficiency in computer systems.
  • The ability to accurately process a high volume of transactions in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
