Relationship Banker

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding share of wallet for mass affluent client segment and Business Banking opportunities under 1MM in sales revenue.

• Proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside of branch.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under 1MM in sales revenue.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI.
• Customer experience management and advocacy.
• Work with branch staff to identify mass affluent and business banking opportunities to create referrals.

• Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
• Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
