Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring adherence to service and quality management standards.

Your primary goal will be to foster ongoing client loyalty and retention, collaborating closely with the Producer and/or Account Executive to manage all assigned accounts in line with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and maintain client policy information in the agency management system (AMS) following company standards.
  • Prepare master Certificates of Insurance and work with the Certificate Department to issue all necessary COIs as required by clients.
  • Review non-standard certificate requests and assess contractual requirements as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of Claim Reviews as stipulated in the Client Service Plan.
  • Coordinate with the assigned Client Analyst on all endorsements requested by clients.
  • Address clients' ongoing service needs in accordance with company service standards.
  • Negotiate surety and fidelity bonds as required by clients.
  • Communicate client needs to relevant departments, including accounting, claims, and reporting.
  • Inform the manager, producer, and account executive of any cancellation, audit, or coverage issues affecting clients.
  • Keep the producer and account executive updated on significant client activities.

Qualifications:

A college degree is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Professional designations are advantageous.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Attention to detail and effective listening skills are required.

Proven problem-solving abilities are necessary.

At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry with a solid understanding of multi-line commercial insurance contracts and coverages is expected.

A basic understanding of the negotiation process and the ability to manage multiple priorities is essential.

A Property Casualty Agent's License is required.
