As a vital member of our team, you will be the welcoming face of Restore Hyper Wellness, dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness journey of our clients. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients and assist them with various wellness services offered by Restore.
- Manage client communications via phone, including returning calls and facilitating appointment scheduling.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, including completing necessary medical waivers and setting up profiles in our system.
- Conduct informative tours and promote service packages and memberships.
- Educate clients about Restore's offerings, including health benefits and at-home care recommendations.
- Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and staff.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on Restore's products and services.
- Embody and promote the core values and mission of Restore Hyper Wellness.
- Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture, recognizing the contributions of every team member.
Qualifications:
