Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

At The Phoenix Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, ensuring that our systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to employees, including troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and resolution of hardware and software issues.
  • Incident Management: Record and track all support interactions and their outcomes in our incident tracking database, ensuring that all issues are properly documented and resolved.
  • Hardware and Software Management: Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware and software technologies, and ensure that our systems and infrastructure are properly maintained and upgraded.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our IT team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and provide excellent customer service to our employees.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and escalate technical issues, and work with our IT team to resolve complex problems and improve our systems and infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a law firm providing direct hardware and software support.
  • Education: GED/High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer support, various Windows OS, and Microsoft 365/Office Suite.
  • Certifications: A+ Certification is a plus.
