About the Position:

Are you prepared to join the Jude Connally team and thrive as an Account Manager? In this role, you will have the opportunity to cultivate meaningful relationships with retailers and customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.

We seek an individual who excels in sales while possessing a genuine passion for service and an aptitude for engaging dialogue. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent time management and presentation skills, this could be the ideal position for you.

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing and expanding the Jude Connally product line among various retailers. You will engage in numerous face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing clients at trade shows and will be expected to generate leads through proactive outreach and diverse sales strategies. Additionally, you will visit retail locations and participate in trunk shows, showcasing your sales expertise.

However, this role transcends mere sales; we are committed to delivering the highest level of customer experience. You will serve as the primary contact for any inquiries or concerns from retailers or customers, proactively identifying solutions to meet their needs. Staying informed about new product launches and providing feedback to our team will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage retailer accounts selling the Jude Connally product line.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide thorough explanations of new or updated products.
  • Conduct sales through face-to-face interactions at trade shows.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to discuss their needs and growth opportunities, while communicating progress with the Sales Director.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in trunk shows.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Wholesale Sales Director.
  • Engage in monthly team meetings.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Research and identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Stay updated on new product launches.
  • Offer insights regarding your territory, including sales performance and growth potential.
  • Adhere to market schedules and deadlines.
  • Collaborate in a creative environment with a supportive team.
  • Promote and share the Jude Connally brand.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in wholesale apparel sales and B2B sales is advantageous.
  • Customer service-oriented with experience in collaboration with inside sales and service teams.
  • A growth mindset and a willingness to be a team player.
  • Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to evolving business processes and environments.
