Position Overview: As a Marketing Coordinator, you will engage creatively with various branch locations to develop marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Join a collaborative team that values the contributions of its members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain all written content and graphic design materials, including videos, product displays, print media, and digital assets.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the marketing calendar and strategy to execute effective marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Continuously generate innovative ideas that support company objectives and collaborate across departments to promote strategies and initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic direction by influencing product positioning and customer segmentation decisions, while executing marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with inventory and product management teams to identify market requirements for products/categories and promote them effectively.
  • Regularly analyze market insights and emerging trends, providing recommendations on how they can be leveraged to benefit Johnstone Supply.
  • Facilitate the execution of marketing initiatives through appropriate channels.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer focus.
  • A degree in marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in content creation, marketing, or a similar domain.
  • Knowledge of sales, business, and marketing processes, with the ability to contribute to strategic planning.
  • Extensive graphic design experience, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting software.
  • Solid understanding of social media, email marketing, and video production.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Able to balance long-term projects with daily tasks.
