Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: Salary will depend on how much you generate in sales, of course, but typically we see anywhere from $1 - $20K per year for part-time sales associates, depending on your contact list and selling skills. Training can be done as you go.

Our commitment to our customers is appreciation, quality, and timely delivery of our signature products.


Do you have a sales job or other job that allows for schedule flexibility? Are you a gymnastics judge, coach, or athletic director and looking for fun and fulfilling work that provides a return on investment?


Plum is looking for a part-time sales representative that is outgoing, ambitious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, loves the sport of gymnastics, and enjoys working with people in the industry. Our ideal remote, sales representative will have a number of contacts in schools, gyms, sports organizations, and businesses.

Essential Job Functions

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Plan and prospect assigned territory of sales
  • Identify and suggest products and services to meet the needs of the prospects.
  • Promote positivity within the relationships with customers.
  • Travel to appointments and events within the territory
  • Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your expertise
  • Conduct consults and fittings with coaches and their athletes
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, and any customer or vendor relationship communications.
  • Provide periodic territory sales forecasts

  • Knowledge of the gymnastics community is preferred

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Physical Qualifications

  • Constant speaking and hearing
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to maintain a moderate level of physical activities 
  • Ability to maintain a composed and professional demeanor 


Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and responding in person, by phone, and online.
