About the role:

Are you ready to join the Jude Connally team and excel as an Account Executive? As an AE, you'll have the chance to build amazing relationships with retailers and customers and make them feel valued and appreciated.

We're looking for someone who is not just a sales wizard, but also has a passion for service and a talent for engaging conversation. If you're a detail-oriented, organized go-getter with great time management and presentation skills, this might be the perfect job for you

As an AE, you'll be responsible for managing and growing the Jude Connally product line with many retailers. You'll have plenty of face-to-face interactions with potential and existing customers at trade shows and will be expected to generate leads through cold calling and other sales strategies. You'll also be expected to visit stores and participate in trunk shows, where you can really show off your sales prowess.

But it's not just about making sales - we want you to provide the highest level of customer experience possible. You'll be the go-to person for any questions or concerns that retailers or customers may have and will need to be proactive in finding solutions to their needs. You'll also be responsible for keeping up to date with new product launches and sharing feedback with our team.

Requirements

What you'll do:

  • Account management of retailers selling the Jude Connally product line.
  • Responsible for offering the highest level of customer experience as well as providing hands-on professional explanations of any new or updated products.
  • Conduct sales via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers at Trade Shows
  • Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly contact of existing clients to discuss needs and growth potential. Communicating progress with Director of Sales
  • Achieve Sell-Through Targets
  • Participating in Trunk Shows
  • Attend Weekly individual meetings with Wholesale Sales Director
  • Attend Monthly team meetings
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Stay up to date with new product launches
  • Provide Insight for your territory: what is selling, what is not selling, growth potential etc.
  • Follow the market schedule and adhere to deadlines
  • Work in a creative environment with a great team

  • Wholesale apparel sales, as well as B2B sales experience, is definitely a plus
  • Customer Service Oriented with experience in working with Inside Sales & Service team
