Position Summary: We are seeking a part-time sales representative who is enthusiastic, driven, self-directed, detail-oriented, and passionate about gymnastics. The ideal candidate will possess a robust network within educational institutions, gyms, sports organizations, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan and prospect within an assigned sales territory.
  • Identify and recommend products and services tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers.
  • Travel to various appointments and events within the designated territory.
  • Enhance product knowledge to build expertise in offerings.
  • Conduct consultations and fittings with coaches and athletes.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, including calls, orders, and communications with customers and vendors.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts for the assigned territory.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the gymnastics community is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, forecast sales cycles, and devise effective solutions to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to acquire in-depth knowledge of product specifications, technical details, and pricing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong sales and negotiation capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent speaking and listening.
  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
