Position Overview:
As a vital member of our healthcare team, the Radiologic Technologist will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging services to patients. Your expertise will ensure that diagnostic images are produced safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare examination areas for patient assessments, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals to facilitate the acquisition of clear diagnostic images.
  • Position patients accurately and operate imaging equipment, while providing clear explanations of procedures to ensure patient comfort.
  • Input commands and data into imaging systems to document and define scan sequences, while monitoring displays to adjust image quality.
  • Oversee patient safety during imaging procedures, adhering to protocols to minimize radiation exposure.
  • Generate diagnostic images and communicate critical findings to the supervising Physician, while maintaining up-to-date patient records.
  • Coordinate daily imaging schedules, accommodating emergency cases and managing radiographic supplies efficiently.
  • Handle administrative duties, including responding to technical inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing pre-procedure guidance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and address emergency repairs on imaging equipment as necessary.

Compensation:
$60.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Daytime hours

Experience Requirement:
Minimum of 1 year as a General Radiographer (Required)

Licensure/Certification:
  • ARRT Certification (Required)

Work Environment:
In-person interaction with patients and healthcare staff.
