Radiologic Technologist - Bellevue

We are in search of a proficient Radiologic Technologist to contribute to our healthcare facility in Bellevue. This position involves executing radiographic examinations as directed by healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ hospital and radiology information systems for managing patient information while complying with HIPAA standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and adequate supplies in the radiology department.
  • Participate in special projects and documentation as required.
  • Foster and maintain constructive relationships with patients and healthcare personnel.
  • Oversee the proper setup, operation, and upkeep of radiographic apparatus.
  • Identify and react to medical emergencies swiftly.
  • Conduct radiographic examinations proficiently while upholding image quality.
  • Guarantee patient comfort and confidentiality throughout procedures.
  • Accurately verify patient identity and examination requisition information.
  • Access patient records for confirmation and scheduling of examinations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certification from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • New York State license or temporary permit in Diagnostic Radiology
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

College degree

Candidates should possess strong communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
