Job Description: Infrastructure Development Manager

The Rizzo Companies is hiring an Infrastructure Development Manager to lead the development of new infrastructure projects from conceptualization to implementation. This role involves overseeing feasibility studies, securing funding, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of new infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and present business cases to secure funding and approvals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align project goals and objectives.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the development of project plans, risk assessments, and compliance reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: Salary $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
