Company Overview:
Nuvance Health is a leading healthcare provider seeking an experienced Business Continuity Strategist IV to join their team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Business Continuity program that ensures the organization's ability to recover from disruptions and maintain business operations.

Salary:$92,400 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
The Business Continuity Strategist IV will be responsible for managing the Business Continuity Program, including policy development, training, and exercises. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Business Continuity policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and update the Business Continuity Plan accordingly.
  • Provide training and awareness programs for business continuity staff and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate business continuity exercises and tests to ensure preparedness.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment with IT Disaster Recovery plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, Information Security, or related field.
Experience: 7-10 years of recent experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, and/or Business Resiliency.
Certifications: HITRUST certification desired.
