Lexington Clinic is seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science in Audiology and be certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association. The Audiologist will be responsible for evaluating hearing, performing diagnostic procedures, and advising on the selection and fitting of hearing aids. The role also involves counseling, guidance, and education of patients. The successful candidate will be a member of the Otolaryngology healthcare team and will practice within the American Speech and Hearing Association and American Academy of Audiology code of ethics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of broad clinical experience and be licensed to dispense hearing aids in the state of Kentucky. The Audiologist will work closely with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and expertise. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and will have excellent interpersonal skills. The role requires the ability to move, traverse, position oneself, and remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours per day. The ideal candidate will have manual dexterity, articulate speech, and spatial perception.
