Barista/Donut Specialist

North Lime Coffee & Donuts is a specialty coffee shop and donut bakery dedicated to serving life-changing donuts and handcrafted beverages in a community-focused atmosphere.

We are seeking a skilled Barista/Donut Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages, as well as performing various baking and cooking duties, including the preparation of donuts and other baked goods.

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers
• Perform baking and cooking duties, including the preparation of donuts and other baked goods
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Develop new products and ideas to enhance our menu and customer experience

• Possess a Food Handlers Permit in compliance with local or state regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to learn and use technical equipment, such as espresso machines and coffee grinders
• Ability to provide quality customer service and maintain a clean and healthy working environment
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
