Position Summary

As a Sanitation Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Crew Chief to deliver exceptional carpet and upholstery cleaning services, among other responsibilities. Your key duties will include:

  • Supporting all activities necessary to guarantee superior cleaning standards.
  • Preparing vehicles and equipment at job locations in accordance with established protocols.
  • Safely relocating furniture to ready homes for cleaning procedures.
  • Applying protective treatments and deodorizers to carpets and upholstery.
  • Raking carpets and ensuring all cleaning tools and chemicals are accounted for.
  • Educating clients about additional products and services available.
  • Assisting in the cleaning operations as directed by the Crew Chief.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle at the end of each workday and adhering to proper backing procedures for company vehicles.
  • Participating in weekend on-call responsibilities once a month.
  • Gaining knowledge in the water restoration aspect of the business to assist with related tasks.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and a mobile phone.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • A polished and tidy appearance with excellent customer communication abilities.
  • A readiness to work after hours when required.
  • Physical capability to bend, reach, and frequently lift weights ranging from 1-50 lbs., and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
  • Physical ability to access crawlspaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IICRC certifications.
