Barista/Donut Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Barista/Donut Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as baking and cooking duties including the preparation of donuts and other baked goods.

• Prepare high-quality hot and cold beverages and baked goods while following North Lime standards for production
• Follow recipes and standards for creating and producing North Lime products
• Be mindful of quality and recipe issues and respectfully address them with team members and supervisors
• Develop new products that will appeal to our customers
• Engage customers beyond basic customer service by providing an exceptional experience
• Maintain cleanliness in every area of the store at all times
• Accurately handle cash and reconcile change due to customers
• Make things right when the customer is not happy with their experience

• Possess a Food Handlers Permit in compliance with local or state regulations
• Ability to enjoy learning, developing, growing, and changing with North Lime
• Ability to handle stress under pressure
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Ability to learn and use technical equipment (e.g. espresso machine, coffee grinders, brewing equipment)
• Ability to reconcile all cash and currency
• Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment
• Ability to learn and use technology North Lime uses in store
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail
