The Position:
At Aisera, we are building an outstanding Customer Success team that thrives on agility, challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work closely with internal engineering and product teams to enhance customer success through innovative Conversational AI solutions. Your main responsibility will be to onboard new clients by designing tailored workflows that guarantee they meet their objectives with complete satisfaction.
As a Customer Engineer (CE), you are expected to be resourceful, a collaborative team player, and willing to go above and beyond. This position offers significant visibility and ample opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical liaison for clients.
- Ensure Aisera has access to essential information from client backend systems.
- Train the AI system to deliver optimal responses.
- Create workflows/RPAs based on client specifications (scripting knowledge required).
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients and collaborate with Engineering for resolution.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer engineering.
- Experience in roles that involve direct client interaction.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as bash, Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Understanding of REST APIs, error troubleshooting, and making API calls.
- Familiarity with security standards (authentication/authorization) and practices including OAuth, SAML, and SSO.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Compensation Overview:
Aisera is committed to fair and transparent compensation practices. The base salary for this role is determined based on the candidate's skills, expertise, and experience.
Current base salary range:
BASE SALARY: $115,000-$130,000
This role may also include benefits, bonuses, and equity.
