Job Summary:


DAI is seeking a Senior Pricing Specialist to join our Business Development team. As a key member of our Pricing Management Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for cost proposals responding to USAID solicitations.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Analyze and interpret complex contract terms and solicitations to ensure accurate and compliant cost proposals.
  • Develop pricing strategies for individual bids and identify opportunities to boost profitability.
  • Lead training and mentorship programs to build a cadre of Programs staff able to serve as lead pricers on individual proposals.
  • Collaborate with proposal teams to prepare back-of-the-envelope budgets and provide advice on pricing strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of new pricing tools, templates, and processes to support business development objectives.


Requirements:




  • Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in business development or project management.
  • Experience developing complete budgets for cost proposals in response to USAID solicitations.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex contract terms and communicate policies to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
