About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst, Senior to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our pricing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with government regulations and developing effective pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review proposal team inputs to ensure compliance with government regulations, including TINA and certified cost or pricing data.
  • Assess input, document from proposal team members, and advise for sufficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Contracts, Subcontracts, Small Business Offices, Program Business Support, Compliance, or HR on specific proposals and portfolio processes.
  • Interface with client and internal auditors and provide audit support to ensure understanding of financial data, methodology, and applicability under appropriate government regulations.
  • Advise on pre-contract discussions and negotiations of contract awards, as appropriate.
  • Perform account-based analyses on competitive cost, price trends, and historical bid price points for specific proposals or subaccounts.
Requirements
  • Experience with pricing or financial analysis, including pricing strategies, structures, tools, or communications.
  • Knowledge of pricing in the federal government environment.
  • Ability to develop or deliver price strategy presentations or analyses.
  • Ability to contribute to price proposals.
  • Ability to communicate solicitation requirements.
  • HS diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with developing or delivering price strategy presentations or analyses and training to executives and key decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of system integration.
  • Knowledge of the use of information technology and advanced intelligence systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to support a fast-paced, high-volume, and diverse workload.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
