Auto Dealership Accounting Position Admin with Payroll Experience

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Accounting team at P4 Automotive. As an Auto Dealership Accounting Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
  • Support our title processing department
  • Perform basic accounting duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Previous payroll experience
  • Pervious accounting experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
