Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and coordination with vendors.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Mentor junior administrative staff and interns, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and the smooth functioning of administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience with project management and financial management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
