About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead our Auto Retail team. As a key member of our Implementation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our Auto Retail products for our dealership clients.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, while also driving process improvements and efficiency gains within our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Implementation Specialists to deliver high-quality onboarding experiences for our dealership clients
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Dealer Success and Sales, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development opportunities to team members
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve internal products and customer-facing solutions
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in a leadership role in implementation or onboarding
  • Experience in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Automotive experience a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, JIRA, and other project management tools
