Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Dealer Relationship Manager I - Indirect Auto to join our team. As a key member of our Dealer Finance organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with dealerships in the indirect auto business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and revenue in the indirect auto business.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize business results.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the indirect auto business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
