In your role as a Luxury Retail Client Consultant, you will play a key part in implementing merchandising and customer relationship initiatives. Your consistent presence on the sales floor will enable you to cultivate a loyal client base, boost store performance, and enhance the brand's image.

Success in this position requires operating with honesty, embracing a strong collaborative spirit, and being results-oriented. As a team member focused on driving sales, you will serve as a client consultant, share product insights, and deliver the highest standard of service.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous retail experience in a comparable role is preferred
  • High School diploma or GED is preferred
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and a demonstrated enthusiasm for teamwork
  • Familiarity with technical tools for client engagement, such as CRM systems, is preferred
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, French, or Mandarin is a valuable asset
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

The selected candidate will receive an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00, along with the potential to participate in a bonus or commission plan based on brand performance. A comprehensive benefits package is also available, including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off options, employee discounts, and retirement plans with employer contributions.
