Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and management oversight from inception to deployment of multiple complex projects.
  • Provides guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several different discipline areas and including use of different technologies.
  • Manages highly program/technical support operations potentially involving multiple projects.
  • Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of all program/technical support activities.
  • Drafts, analyzes, integrates, review, and provides recommendations for program milestones and other documentation IAW Government, DoD and U.S. Army regulations.
  • Recommends resolution of issues for program milestone decisions.
  • Prepares, reviews, and delivers required reports and plans to include Project Management Plan, status reports, briefing material, and other contract deliverables.
  • Provides project support for reviews, conferences, briefings, and associated meetings.
  • Provides recommendations for planning, organizing, managing critical aspects of the development, production and/or deployment of capabilities.
  • Develop, coordinate, and synchronize staff actions with Government, matrix, and support Contractor personnel responsible for the project process and deployment.
  • Develop data collection methods and tools to monitor status and provide updates when changes occur.
  • Performs other project management tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI eligibility.
  • Education: Master's degree in business administration, economics, computer science, engineering, or relevant degree.
  • Experience: Ten (10) years relevant program/project management experience, with at least three (3) years managing large, complex, and geographically distributed projects.
  • Certifications: Program Management Professional.
  • Must be located within a 60-mile radius of Fort Huachuca, AZ.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with management and brief senior leadership on status of program status and risks (both technical and programmatic).
  • Prior experience and close interaction and coordination with United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER), Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) G-6, and Army Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Has an in-depth understanding of DoDIN-A operations and defense to Army customers.
  • Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
