Job Title: Starbucks Lead Barista

At Kroger, we're committed to providing exceptional customer experiences in our stores. As a Starbucks Lead Barista, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality beverages and exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase, and preparation to customers.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and direct department personnel to ensure quality customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain stock and supplies, monitor conditions, and appearance of same throughout the department.
  • Quality Control: Monitor code dates and product rotation, removes out of code product.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a coffee shop or retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
