Program Manager for NATO AGS Program

Job Summary:
Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the NATO AGS program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a segment of the program, including tracking, reporting, and coordinating new hardware and repairs through coordination with Contracts and the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a segment of the NATO AGS program, including tracking, reporting, and coordinating new hardware and repairs.
- Coordinate with Contracts and the customer to ensure successful program execution.
- Provide objective-oriented direction to subordinate team members.
- Establish and track milestones, monitor supplier status, and deliver contractual milestones.
- Communicate and decision-making skills are vital to being able to identify core issues, develop resolution plans, and follow through to implementation.
Requirements:
- 14 years of relevant program/project management experience with a high school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of leadership experience; or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of program/project management experience and 5 years of leadership experience; or Master's Degree with a minimum of 8 years program/project management experience and 5 years of leadership experience.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
- Current DoD Secret clearance.
- Willing and able to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Global Hawk or Triton Program experience with prior Program Management experience.
- Direct Commercial Sale or Foreign Military Sales experience.
- New business development/capture and/or proposal development experience.
- Experience with Risk and Opportunity management.
Salary Range: $82,100 - $123,100
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
