Customer Service Representative Job Description

At Circle K Stores, Inc., we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their job responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
