This role requires solving business problems in an agile fashion with leaders across all 5 Business Units in the USA, while also leading day-to-day data discussions on partnerships and quality of data. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with core data agencies like Circana, Numerator, and NIQ, as well as managing direct reports and presenting complex information to senior-level audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day data discussions on partnerships and quality of data
- Manage Key Metrics reporting across BUs for the USA
- Partner with specialists in Pricing and Media Modeling to guide marketing teams in business decisions
- Build stories using multiple data sets and synthesize into clear insights
- Monitor competitors' activities and market changes, understanding their impact on Unilever business
- Manage Research & Data budgets and make recommendations to BU leaders
- Manage and coach 1-2 direct reports
- 7+ years of relevant insights & analytics experience
- Prior experience working with core data agencies like Circana, Numerator, and NIQ
- Prior experience managing direct reports
- Proven ability to think through problems and influence stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Comfortable presenting complex information to senior-level audiences
- Highly skilled in Excel (Advanced) and affinity for other analytic tools
