Senior Account Manager HVAC Distribution Northeast

LG Electronics is seeking a Senior Account Manager to develop and support wholesale distribution targets in the Northeast U.S. Specifically, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

This role will involve creating a strategy to develop key relationships with distributor personnel, contractors, and local industry association staff throughout the territory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HVAC industry, with experience in residential/light commercial Inverter Heat Pump units, wholesale channels, and dealer networks.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue and unit targets
  • Managing channel and LG inventory levels for optimization
  • Liaising with internal groups to optimize marketing dollars and activities
  • Providing regular and timely observation of pipeline trends with corrective actions and reporting

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of results, with experience leading and managing manufacturer rep. firms, distributor territory managers.

They will also have strong relationship building, outstanding communications skills, solid business acumen, and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L.

Travel will be required up to 60-70% of the time.
