Automotive Technician/Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive systems, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and Repair Automotive Systems: Utilize your technical expertise to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and other automotive systems, ensuring accurate and efficient repairs.
- Perform Scheduled Maintenance and Inspections: Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
- Test and Repair Automotive Components: Test and repair brakes, exhaust systems, suspensions, engine components, and other automotive parts, ensuring seamless vehicle performance.
- Communicate Effectively with Customers and Team Members: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers and team members to ensure seamless interactions and resolve any issues promptly.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles and travel to various locations.
- Vocational/Trade Certificate or Equivalent: Hold a vocational/trade certificate or equivalent, demonstrating your technical expertise in automotive repair.
- 3+ Years of Direct Automotive Experience: Possess at least 3 years of direct automotive experience, with a strong understanding of complex automotive systems.
- ASE Certification (Preferred): Hold ASE certification, demonstrating your expertise in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Ability to Work Full-Time, 5-Day Work Week: Be able to work a full-time, 5-day work week, with morning and afternoon shifts.
