Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profit margins
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including major and critical accounts

- Specific experience creating strategic solutions with product and marketing is necessary
- Management experience required with emphasis in managing a sales department, scheduling, maintaining, and evaluating personnel

- Ability to develop strong customer relationships
- Proven abilities to build and maintain business relationships and apply negotiation skills
