Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profit margins
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including major and critical accounts
  • Participate in promotional events, community events, industry events, and trade shows to represent the company and build brand awareness
  • Develop and implement operating methods and procedures to facilitate the efficiency of the sales operation and meet the needs of customers
  • Review and analyze sales and operational reports to monitor achievement of sales goals and strategies
  • Coordinate sales operations with all other departments/divisions within the company to maximize accurate and effective communication and to minimize and resolve significant issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Three to five years related sales experience, in construction and design consulting sales skills and/or training
  • Specific experience creating strategic solutions with product and marketing is necessary
  • Management experience required with emphasis in managing a sales department, scheduling, maintaining, and evaluating personnel
  • Strong leadership and influential skills in a team environment
  • Ability to develop strong customer relationships
  • Proven abilities to build and maintain business relationships and apply negotiation skills
