We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive sales and service excellence for our brand.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our business.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation and sales strategy
Implement sales processes to drive revenue growth
Manage staff schedule and supervise sales representatives
Directly coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts
Independently make decisions related to customer service
Collect outstanding dues and maintain cleanliness of the studio
Enforce studio policies and procedures

Requirements:
2+ years of sales or relevant experience required
Confident in generating personal sales and training sales reps
Ability to manage multiple revenue streams
Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
Fluent in English and excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
