Job Title: Western Regional Director

Mini Melts of America is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Western Regional Director to oversee and optimize the distribution operations within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Analyze market trends and adjust distribution plans to ensure optimal performance.
  • Operations Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day distribution operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor and improve logistics processes, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.
  • Team Development:
    • Lead and mentor distribution teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
    • Conduct training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage the regional distribution budget, optimizing costs while maintaining service quality.
    • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
    • Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to enhance distribution efficiency.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in distribution and logistics management, preferably in a regional role.
