{"h1": "Lead Product Manager", "p": "At CTP, we're seeking a talented Lead Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product organization, you'll be responsible for shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Digital Guest & Cast Experience domain.

Your primary focus will be on partnering with internal stakeholders to produce a consolidated domain roadmap of in-flight and future initiatives. You'll also be responsible for defining and monitoring key performance metrics to track organizational performance within the context of the domain.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and functions. You'll also need to be able to analyze complex data sets to determine trends and identify future business opportunities.

If you have 5+ years of experience developing and delivering strategic product initiatives, and a proven track record of championing projects from beginning through implementation, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

* Partner with internal stakeholders to produce a consolidated domain roadmap of in-flight and future initiatives
* Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Digital Guest & Cast Experience domain
* Define and monitor key performance metrics to track organizational performance within the context of the domain
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional collaborators
* Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience developing and delivering strategic product initiatives
* Demonstrated ability to champion projects from beginning through implementation
* Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
* Ability to analyze complex data sets to determine trends and identify future business opportunities
* Strong problem-solving skills, including a demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues
* Experience with Agile software development methodology
* Experience with project management tools such as JIRA
* Experience with data reporting tools such as Business Objects and Tableau
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
