Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and other sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including real estate investors, real estate brokerages, lending brokers, builders, outdoor RV, and multi-family operators.
- Work closely with our marketing team to ensure proper branding and messaging of all business development activity.
- Prioritize workday around prospecting, business development, and origination of loans, LOC's, and preferred equity for our core clients.
- Attend industry and real estate investor events to present to real estate investors, real estate brokerages, lending brokers, builders, outdoor RV, and multi-family operators.
- Drive attendance and new membership signup at Elite and Prosperity Events.
- Drive sponsor EES engagement and utilization, including attending live and virtual events, compass day, EES tools, etc. for those who opt in.
- Update and maintain accuracy of calling reports, logs, and information on leads, contacts, and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot).
- 10+ years of business development experience.
- Experience in commercial real estate capital stack placements.
- Network of industry contacts within the multifamily, outdoor RV, and home builder communities.
- Knowledge of private capital and institutional investor fund raising.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to provide a WOW experience to our sponsors.
