Role Summary:
As a Product Manager, you will leverage our substantial investment in research and development to create and launch new products tailored for the evolving fintech market. Your responsibilities will include overseeing product life-cycle management and ensuring that market shifts and business priorities are effectively addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present comprehensive product strategies that highlight potential risks, challenges, opportunities, and growth avenues.

• Manage project resources during budget planning and contribute to product roadmaps to guarantee timely execution.

• Track and analyze each product's financial performance.

• Collaborate with senior leadership, finalize business scope documents, and maintain essential vendor partnerships.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong business acumen, industry insight, financial management expertise, and a visionary outlook.

• Familiarity with the financial services sector and related products.

Exceptional negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for diverse audiences, including executives, management, and individual contributors.

A positive attitude, robust work ethic, and responsiveness to both internal and external stakeholders.


• A bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with FIS products and services or comparable fintech solutions.

Experience in banking.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and systems development environments is advantageous.

FIS is dedicated to offering its employees an exciting career path and competitive remuneration. The salary range for this full-time role is $117,000 - $197,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hires based on the role, level, and location. Actual starting pay is influenced by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Changes in work location may also affect individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter regarding the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
