Job Summary:

Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
