Customer Support Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver post-sales support and solutions to our customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This role involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as technical inquiries regarding the use and troubleshooting of our Electronic Support Services. You will also be responsible for setting up labs for testing and reproducing issues/defects, ensuring familiarity with new releases, and implementing the latest configuration, installation, training and support standards and procedures. Additionally, you will provide training and support for new staff on F&B management software products and associated interfaces. This role offers an opportunity to be a key contributor to our customer success team.
Key Responsibilities:
