As the Regional Sales Executive, you will drive sales performance by establishing the strategic framework for account management, executing North America sales standards, and eliminating barriers to account management success.

Your role will involve cultivating relationships with key accounts in your designated sales territory, ensuring close collaboration with strategic partners and service teams.

In this position, you will:

  • Provide strategic coaching and insights to the regional team, including direct reports and sales representatives, while evaluating sales strategies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to address challenges that hinder successful strategy execution.
  • Be accountable for achieving financial targets for the region, overseeing strategies for regional hospital networks, and working closely with Health Systems Executives and your team to implement sales initiatives.
  • Drive revenue, margin, and expense goals through effective funnel management and forecasting; manage monthly sales reporting and operational reviews, ensuring accountability in the account planning process.
  • Review and approve RFPs, Master Agreements, and Amendments in a timely manner, partnering with various leaders to ensure coordinated efforts across the region.
  • Actively pursue the identification, development, and performance enhancement of high-caliber sales talent.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or sciences; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 16 years of progressive commercial experience in a relevant industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading dynamic sales teams.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 75%.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale campaigns across multiple sites and product lines with a disciplined, customer-focused approach.
  • A track record of fostering team engagement towards common objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and enhancing customer experience.
